Telephone interviews
Telephone interviews should not be taken lightly. Without careful consideration and preparation you will not progress to later interview stages.
Employers are using telephone interviews more and more nowadays as a way to filter out candidates. You can expect to be asked similar questions to a face-to-face interview. Telephone interviews will often be the first stage after application; if you are successful you’ll be invited to a face-to-face interview or an assessment centre.
